Yes. Every charter is private to your group. You will not share the boat with unrelated guests.

This allows the captain and crew to shape the experience around your group, fishing goals, comfort, and conditions on the day of your trip.

Each boat can accommodate up to six passengers.

Because the charter is private, your group has the boat and crew exclusively for the trip.

An 8-hour trip is a good choice for families, first-time guests, and groups who want a full offshore experience without committing to the longest day.

Our 10- and 11-hour trips provide more time offshore and a greater opportunity to reach productive fishing grounds when conditions allow.

The specialized 18-hour trips are designed for experienced groups and serious anglers targeting tuna or swordfish.

Legendary 45′ Sportfish is a clean, comfortable, and capable choice for families, friends, and standard offshore fishing trips.

The Legend 50′ Sportfish provides a larger platform, additional space, and a faster cruising speed, making it especially well suited for longer offshore adventures.

The best choice may also depend on availability, trip length, weather conditions, and your fishing goals.

Yes. Families, children, first-time anglers, and experienced fishermen are all welcome.

The captain and mate will explain the equipment, demonstrate the fishing techniques being used, and assist your group throughout the trip.

Please let the captain know in advance if young children will be joining so the crew can help your family prepare appropriately.

Please arrive approximately 20 minutes before your scheduled departure. This allows time to meet the crew, organize your belongings, review important information, and prepare for departure.

Trips depart from 650 State Road 312, St. Augustine, Florida. Your booking confirmation will include the final arrival instructions.

If you are prone to motion sickness, speak with your physician or pharmacist before the trip about an appropriate preventative option. Many remedies work best when taken before departure rather than after symptoms begin.

Get a good night’s sleep, eat a light meal, stay hydrated, and avoid excessive alcohol before your trip.

Fishing, Boats & Your Catch

Possible offshore targets include mahi-mahi, tuna, wahoo, cobia, grouper, mangrove snapper, triggerfish, swordfish, and other seasonal species.

The specific target depends on the season, trip length, weather, ocean conditions, current fishing regulations, and where the captain believes the best opportunities will be that day.

St. Augustine offers offshore fishing opportunities throughout the year.

Different species are more active during different seasons, so the best time depends on the type of fishing experience and catch you are hoping for. The captain can recommend a trip based on seasonal patterns and current offshore conditions.

The distance depends on your selected trip, target species, weather, sea conditions, and where the fishing has been most productive.

Longer trips generally provide more time to travel farther offshore and reach additional fishing areas.

The number and species of fish you may keep depend on current state and federal fishing seasons, minimum sizes, bag limits, and other regulations.

The captain will ensure that the trip follows all applicable fishing rules.

Yes. Your catch can be cleaned and prepared at the dock after your trip at no additional charge.

We recommend leaving a cooler in your vehicle so you can transport your cleaned fish home on ice.

No fishing charter can responsibly guarantee a catch. Fishing results vary according to weather, water temperature, migration patterns, sea conditions, and natural fish behavior.

Our captain and crew will use their local knowledge, preparation, and experience to give your group the best opportunity possible.

Weather, Safety & Policies

The captain closely monitors marine forecasts, wind, waves, storms, and offshore conditions before every trip.

If conditions are unsafe, the captain will contact you to discuss rescheduling or the available options. Safety always comes first, and the captain makes the final decision about whether the boat should depart.

The boats carry required safety equipment and Coast Guard-approved life jackets. Guests must follow the captain’s safety instructions throughout the trip.

Both boats also provide air-conditioned cabin space and enclosed bathroom facilities for guest comfort.

If a guest cannot swim or has a medical or mobility concern, please inform the captain before the trip so the crew can help everyone prepare appropriately.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your charter.

Cancellation, refund, and rescheduling terms are provided during the booking process. Weather-related decisions are made by the captain based on safety and marine conditions.

For assistance, call or text (904) 338-7843.

Gratuities are not mandatory, but they are appreciated when the crew provides excellent service.
